One of my favorite places to have swam was off of Andros Island is thd Bahamas. The water was unbelievably clear and the reef was gorgeous! I still cant believe that they counted that as a study aboard and not a spring break!

I love swimming in warm water – salt or fresh. My favorite place would probably be a dip in the Gardon River with a view of the Pont du Gard. I’d love to be back there now. The waters where I live (Vancouver Island) are much too chilly for swimming.

I live in Michigan, about a 20 minute drive away from Lake Huron. But the water in the “big” lakes can be quite cold. We have a cabin near a wonderful inland lake called appropriately enough, Sand Lake, since it has a sandy bottom and great beaches.

Thanks for doing the giveaway. I love these notebooks!

Mostly any type of freshwater swimming. I’m not a fan of the stickiness and skin irritation that comes with salt water swimming. Great memories of New England Lakes !

Hi Ruth
I love swimming in the sea most of all – but especially at
any of the beautiful beaches along the East coast of South Africa where the sea is warm and the sand is soft….

I’m not really into swimming, but last month I went to Sitges (Barcelona) in a really hot day and it was so calm and peaceful I didn’t want to leave the water, I just loved it!

My favorite place to swim is anywhere my beautiful grandchildren happen to be swimming, whether it’s the pool or the beaches of the Jersey shore. If C, C and B are there, it’s a favorite!
PS. Love these notebooks…they’re the perfect gift for a sailing friend!

My parents live in Florida, so whenever I visit them I get to go to the beach! They live a 10 minute drive from the east coast. The dog beach is my favorite, so I can bring my pooch!
