I love seeing all the books I've made stacked up!<\/p><\/div>\n

*Phew* it’s been a busy summer for me. The cute stationery shop I worked at closed this spring, prompting me to really make a go of it selling my art. I started a stationery line of my own called Concertina Press<\/a>, and I’ve gotten my books and cards into a few shops on the Cape locally (if you have any suggestions of a little shop near you that I should check out, leave a message in the comments – I’m always looking for new places to approach!)<\/p>\n

I started a new product line of 7″x9″ guestbooks – the photo above is a hefty pile of 10 I was working on to distribute to The Little Beach Gallery <\/a> in Hyannis and The Pink Polka Dot<\/a> in Falmouth (with my lovely bookbinding awl<\/a>). Finished all of those up, and I moved on to smaller sized books, here’s a sight familiar to many a bookbinder, I’m sure:<\/p>\n

What do you do with all of these little cute triangles – I’ve stopped trying to save them, they went in the recycling bin *sniff* but I did take this photo for posterity!<\/p>\n
